Volunteers
Volunteering is a rewarding activity in which you can truly make a difference.
To become involved please read the Qualifications Document. Next, print and fill out the Initial Application and Volunteer Application/Release Forms. Once completed you may mail, email, or use the Upload Portal to return them. All forms must be signed by parent/ legal guardian/caregiver if under the age of 18. These forms are valid for the current year only, and must be updated each year.
Someone will contact you once your forms have been reviewed. Clearances can be mailed to: FHTRC, Att. Volunteer Manager, PO Box 396, Waymart, PA 18472, or emailed to FHTRC2019@gmail.com
