Welcome to Fair Hill Therapeutic Riding Center | Horse centered therapy | Opening Doors to enhance life | Strive to Thrive

What Do We Do?

Horse Centered Therapy

A non-traditional form of therapy in which the movement of the horse is similar to the human gait, and so develops muscle strength, balance, sensory/motor development, cognition, and socialization.

Serve Children & Adults

Clients range from very young to geriatric with a variety of diagnoses including but not limited to: cerebral palsy, autism, multiple sclerosis, CVA, behavioral and cognitive challenges.

Goal & Program Development

Based on individual needs. Developmental, cognitive, emotional, and physical challenges.

Promote Independence & Self Advocacy

As skills develop, self esteem grows. A supportive environment leads to self expression.

Promote Acceptance

“Judgement Free” atmosphere. Able bodied riders and therapeutic program riders interact seamlessly.

Our Mission

Fair Hill Therapeutic Riding Center provides horse-centered therapy to area adults and children, and educates medical, equine, and local communities about the benefits of therapeutic riding.
